| Here's your intro post. I don't see a question at all...I see skepticism. There's nothing wrong with skepticism when you know all the facts/stats but if you don't, all it takes is asking. In fact, you even speculate that this product may not be enough for people when you really don't KNOW. From what I'm learning on RC down in the other part of the thread, you're worrying about nothing. If you'd like to fully explain RC and why 48 minutes is tragic compared to 100 minues, be my guest. You cry about not being able to ask a question and you never did. Here's your post since clearly you didn't re-read it: I would be skeptical of the reserve cranking power versus a standard size battery. For added security , I would add jumper cables + 10 lbs. If your car is running in tip top shape and starts on the first crank up ,great. If you run into a situation that requires you to use the starter for more than a few seconds(several) times, that battery may not be ideal. You can't just base the cranking amps on just engine size. You also have all the electronic components like the ecu, sensors, fuel pump that need juice at start up as well. BTW, living in Arizona, the number one killer of batteries here is heat. Batteries in Arizona rarely last more than 2 years. I relocated by my gell cell battery to the trunk which helps it last much, much longer.
